You can check us out at [please apply online] Objectives: To manage customer sale opportunities and drive traffic to the dealership by appointment setting. Strategizing customer interactions, setting appointments, notating and tracking all records of communication contact/attempts. Job Summary: Consistent phone outreach to sales opportunity customers. Overcoming objectives and setting in-person appointments for customers to work with sales team. Essential Functions: * Making 80 outbound Phone Calls a day to prospects. * Follow Adventure Lifestyle approved scripts for talking to customers via phone and internet chat. * Identifying primary purchasing concerns. * Communicating clearly and asking specific questions to obtain information. * Track and transcribe all interactions with customers as well as attempted outreach. * Respond to and follow up with all sales opportunities in a timely manner. * Communicating with management to inform progress of potential customers. * Project positive image to customers at all times. * Stay up to date on the dealerships current inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase. * Use daily web-based programs, customer record management program, and Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel * Develop an understanding of powersport vehicles by studying models, capabilities, and features.
