Job Title: Insurance Sales Representative - State Farm Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to promote and sell State Farm insurance and financial products, including Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for helping clients protect their futures. Experience & Qualifications: * Required: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience. * Preferred: Experience in insurance and financial services sales. * Preferred: Background in marketing, sales, and customer service. * Proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone and strong negotiation skills. Skills & Abilities: * Meet licensing requirements for Property, Casualty, and Life insurance. * Quickly grasp product knowledge, industry trends, and market conditions to provide tailored recommendations. * Conduct effective needs-based marketing interviews. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication abilities. * Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Key Responsibilities: * Generate new business through phone outreach and other lead sources. * Conduct cold calls, send targeted emails, and engage in various lead generation activities. * Build and nurture client relationships with timely follow-ups. * Network regularly with small business owners to expand professional connections. * Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily goals. * Identify and develop new service opportunities for existing clients.
