We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! About the Role: As an Inside Sales Representative with Best Block, you are responsible for: * Building Customer Relationships (by providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers) * Promoting Products the Company Offers * Assist with Finalizing Sales / Reviewing Inventory * Maintaining Accurate Account Information * Creating Accurate and Complete Invoices/Sales Orders * Working with Outside Sales Representatives * Ensuring Customer Satisfaction * Maintaining Knowledge of Products and Their Applications * Knowing Competitor Products * Assisting with Dispatching and Scheduling Deliveries * Completing Daily Paperwork About You: The ideal candidate for this role will: * Maintain Good Salesmanship while Prioritizing Company Confidentiality * Have Experience with Microsoft Office Products * Have a Sales-Oriented Mentality * Be a Communicative Team-Player!
