Position Summary We're seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Consultant to run in-home consultations, build trust with homeowners, and close high-ticket outdoor living projects. You'll manage leads from first contact through signed contract, delivering proposals that inspire and convert. If you excel in consultative selling, love design, and can close $2M+ annually --this role is for you. Key Responsibilities * Conduct in-home design consultations; understand client vision, budget, and timeline * Present proposals using LMN estimates and Canibuild 3D renderings * Manage your pipeline in HubSpot CRM; maintain Speed-to-Lead (<10 minutes) * Close deals at or above a $125K average; target $2M-$3M+ in annual sales * Coordinate with Operations for seamless project handoffs and aligned expectations * Follow up post-installation to secure Google reviews and referrals * Attend home shows, trade events, and networking opportunities * Maintain expert knowledge of pool, landscape, and hardscape products Requirements * 8+ years of consultative sales experience (residential construction, pools, or landscaping required) * Proven track record closing $1.5M+ annually in high-ticket projects * Experience with design-build sales processes and estimating * CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) * Excellent presentation skills and relationship-building ability * Bilingual (Spanish) preferred * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Must pass pre-employment drug screening * Willingness to work Saturdays during peak season Compensation & Benefits * Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission * Top Performer Earnings: $120,000+ annually when following the sales plan * Signing Bonus: $2,500 * Health insurance * 401(k) with company match * PTO & paid holidays * Company vehicle or vehicle allowance * Warm leads provided * Stable, year-round employment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Company car * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
