• Base Salary: $3,000/month + Bonuses & Commission

Responsibilities

:

• Provide outstanding service to determine customer's overall flooring & design needs
• Build client relationships and conduct follow up on all jobs
• Schedule appointments for showroom, home, or workplace consultations to meet with clients
• Keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services provided
• Gather space/area measurements & calculate number of materials
• Create & present project proposals to clients for approval
• Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability, and sampling needs
• Mange time between showroom and prospecting for new business
• Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean Desired Skills &

Qualifications

:

• Minimum of 1-3 years ' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, Interior Design, Outside Sales, or similar role
• Must have a valid driver 's license & reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check & drug test
• A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
• Basic computer/social media knowledge and math skills
• Utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors/suppliers & clients
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, yet within a team setting
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong personal and professional judgment
• Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers' needs and wants
• Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
• Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
• Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
• Knowledge of RFMS & Mobile Measure a plus (Willing to train) How To Apply:
