What We're Looking For: A results-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities: * Assist customers with buying decisions * Help customers select the unit which best suits their needs and advise on towing requirements * Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units * Present and sell other value-added options * Write deals to present to sales manager * Regular follow up with prospective and current clients (daily calls) * Prepare preliminary used vehicle appraisals * Learn all RV categories- tent trailer, fifth wheels, trailers, and luxury motorhomes * All other tasks as assigned Qualifications: * Must have a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record * Computer proficient * Integrity * Good listening skills * Aptitude for business math * Follow Sales process * Desire to succeed in a career in RV Sales SALARY: Competitive commission-based pay plan BENEFITS: * Comprehensive benefits package (Medical/Dental/Vision/Life insurance) * Free RV Rentals * 401(k) saving plan * Vacation/PTO * 6 Paid holidays - New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day Pay: $80,000.00 - Uncapped If you're ready to embark on a rewarding career journey and help others discover the joys of RVing, we want to hear from you!
