Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of insurance clients, providing exceptional service, and driving sales to meet company targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage and develop a portfolio of existing insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized service. * Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets. * Provide clients with accurate and timely information about policy changes, renewals, and claims processes. * Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to maintain product knowledge and identify new sales opportunities. * Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective and current clients. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information using CRM software. * Participate in training sessions, sales meetings, and industry events to enhance professional development and product knowledge. Qualifications: * Proven experience in insurance sales or account management. * Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. * Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Relevant insurance licenses or certifications preferred.
