Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: This is a sales position that rewards heavily for performance! We are hiring a Spa Sales Associate at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Toledo, Ohio. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will find yourself working in a positive and fulfilling team- oriented environment promoting massages, facials, spa services and a healthy lifestyle program! Commission on all sales + hourly pay. Requirements

:

• One year of sales or customer service experience
• Ability to hit sales goals- this is a must!
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENINGS & WEEKENDS
• Motivated by commissions and incentives for sales
• Team player and a positive/energetic attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Desire to help others and promote the health/wellness of massage/facials/lifestyle program
• Multi-task in busy setting
• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Professionalism
