The AT&T Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to cater to their telecommunications needs, delivering product and services presentations, and fostering long-lasting relationships in this competitive market. The successful AT&T Sales Associate candidate will be a motivated individual, driven by the potential to build relationships with customers, representing one of the leading brands in telecommunications, and developing customer service skills in real-world scenarios. Key responsibilities of the AT &T Sales Associate : * Be the main point of contact for customers to solve their telecommunications needs, building long-term relationships, and catering to their unique business needs in a retail setting. * Create AT&T products and services presentations, showcasing the latest technology and upcoming promotions, bundles, and price advantages to increase brand value. * Develop sales and customer service campaigns with the Sales Team to cater to new markets, ensuring best practices and compliance guidelines are followed. * Execute these strategies in a team setting, receive feedback from customers about the service, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer service metrics, and company goals. * Strive to create a positive customer service experience at all times, enhancing brand recognition and encouraging repeat business with customers. Qualifications and skills of the AT &T Sales Associate : * A high school diploma is required for this role. * 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing position such as sales, account management, or customer service. * Positive attitude with a professional demeanor when interacting with customers, peers, and management. * Ability to meet and exceed sales goals, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. * Great communication skills and listening skills are needed to easily develop rapport and identify customer needs. * Basic understanding of technologies, sales strategies, and customer service is preferred; we will provide training! * An interest in developing a successful career in sales, business management, and client relations. *Job Details for AT &T Retail Sales Associate * Job Location: Woodland Hills, CA. AT&T Sales Associates will be required to come to our office daily in Woodland Hills and will then go out to assigned Retail stores throughout the North Hollywood area. * Employment Type : Full-time - about 40-50 hours per week * Client : AT&T * Compensation : Commission-based - AT&T Sales Associates make between $800-$1200 per week; average daily earnings range from $80-$155 per customer enrolled, all employees complete 1 sale on average per day.
