The ideal entry-level candidate has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and is a self-starter! As an Account Manager, you will get personalized training in various areas of business, including (but not limited to): * leadership development * organizational skills * customer-facing relations; sales * sales/customer service and customer acquisition Your Initial Responsibilities: * engage directly with customers to discuss and support their needs in a service-based industry * utilize the best technology the industry can offer for better sales presentations and customer service * work directly with the management team on individual training and development Account Manager Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree is preferred * Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills * Self-starter * 0-3 years of previous experience in sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred * Team-oriented with leadership qualities Additional Information and Benefits : Weekly pay for the position varies throughout training but is discussed thoroughly in the hiring process along with traditional and non-traditional benefits.
