As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Representative who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building relationships, and helping clients feel confident in their decisions. Job

Overview

The Sales Representative is a key part of the customer experience at Peach Painting. This is an in-person, full-time role focused on meeting with homeowners, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the estimate and proposal process. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, self-driven, and motivated by results, with the opportunity to grow into leadership as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand project needs and provide on-site consultations
• Prepare and present clear proposals and pricing
• Follow up with clients and manage active opportunities
• Build strong relationships through clear, consistent communication
• Track appointments and activity using company tools
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Skills &

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or home services (painting experience not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable managing a flexible, appointment-based schedule
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through

• Guaranteed base salary + performance-based commission
• Total earning potential: $75,000 -$150,000
