We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our expanding team! Duties * Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business leads through cold calling, networking, and lead generation strategies. * Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. * Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on roofing options and benefits. * Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales coverage and market penetration. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that generate B2B sales leads and increase brand awareness. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining long-term relationships. * Lead management activities including inside sales efforts, follow-up communications, and account management to ensure consistent growth. * Perform product demos, facilitate upselling opportunities, and support retail or direct sales initiatives within assigned territories. Experience * Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles within the roofing or construction industry preferred. * Demonstrated experience in territory management, lead generation, and account management strategies. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer data. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities for engaging diverse clients effectively. * Experience in technical sales or product demonstrations that require explaining complex solutions clearly. * Background in marketing or business development is advantageous for developing strategic outreach plans. * Ability to perform analysis of market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
