Our client is seeking a DME Sales Representative to lead the promotion and growth of our respiratory home care program. This role blends clinical expertise with strategic marketing, serving as both a brand advocate and an educator for referral sources, providers, and patients. The ideal candidate brings strong respiratory therapy knowledge, experience with DME/oxygen/ventilator services, and the ability to translate clinical understanding into impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Unicare's respiratory home care services to physicians, managed care organizations, acute care facilities, and other healthcare entities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding awareness to new markets.
• Develop and refine marketing strategies and campaigns, including digital content, social media, and research-driven initiatives, in collaboration with leadership.
• Provide field training on equipment use for hospitals, physicians, and long-term care facilities.
• Conduct patient document assessments, ensuring compliance with company protocols and coordination across teams for smooth onboarding and ongoing care.
• Oversee equipment management protocols, including prescription tracking, documentation for reimbursement, and patient satisfaction surveys.
• Educate customers on Unicare policies, rights, responsibilities, and care procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicare, and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate as a team player across departments, supporting transitions and contributing to company growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in DME, oxygen, and ventilator service sales
• Strong ability to assemble, troubleshoot, and instruct on respiratory care equipment.
• Experience in infant and/or pediatric care preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid California driver 's license with a clean driving record. The territory will cover Southern California and will allow for a car and fleet card. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
