The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of leasing and administrative duties within the property management industry. Duties: - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information on available units - Process lease applications, conduct credit checks, and verify references - Negotiate lease terms and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately - Maintain tenant records and ensure all leasing files are up to date - Assist with property maintenance requests and coordinate repairs as needed - Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize customer relationship management software to track leads and follow up with prospects Qualifications: - Experience in property leasing or real estate administration is preferred - Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements - Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with tenants - Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Join our team as a Leasing Specialist to grow your career in the property management industry!
