About This Position This is a commission-based sales position where your earnings are directly tied to your performance. As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll connect with homeowners about solar energy solutions, sourcing potential customers and guiding them through the sales process. Your day starts with a morning meeting focused on goal-setting and knowledge building, then you'll head into the field to engage with homeowners in targeted areas. You'll receive on-the-job training during your first month with direct mentorship to teach you our proven system.
