Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our team. As a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships. This position offers a guaranteed salary plus unlimited commission, with comprehensive training and all the tools you need to be successful. You'll work closely with a supportive team that values collaboration and genuine interactions. Responsibilities: * Sell and service personal lines insurance products to meet customer needs. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Provide excellent customer service and support. * Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
