Top Job Located in Oakdale, MN, MN Salary: $50-$60k Junior Account Manager - Inside Sales | On-Site | Oakdale, MN | $50K-$60K + Commission We're hiring a Junior Account Manager to join our inside sales team in Oakdale. This is a high-volume outbound calling role focused on generating leads and setting appointments for our senior sales reps. If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to grow in B2B sales, we want to meet you. Next training class: December 2025 What You'll Do: * Make 50-60 outbound calls/day to business decision-makers * Introducing our vehicle leasing solutions and qualify leads * Set 10+ appointments/day for the senior sales team * Use CRM to track outreach and pipeline progress * Collaborate with sales, vendor, and training teams * Support offers like financing, trade-ins, and vehicle packages * Receive hands-on sales and product training What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree preferred * 3-5 years ' experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles * Strong phone presence and communication skills * Goal-oriented and able to follow structured sales processes * Interest in vehicles, leasing, or B2B services is a plus Pay & Schedule: * $50,000-$60,000 base + $5,000-$10,000 commission potential * Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week, 100% on-site in Oakdale * Commission: $2 per qualified connect, $2 per confirmed appointment * Evaluation to hire, may consider direct hire for the right candidate * Opportunity to growth!
