Position title : Sales Planning Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance using Excel.
• Identify performance drivers and areas for improvement through data analysis.
• Prepare clear and concise management reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop and maintain sales performance tracking files and KPI reports.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and target planning activities.
• Manage commission and incentive data, including monthly closing, calculation, and execution.
• Review and evaluate the results of promotions and incentive programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve efficiency.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales strategy.
• Continuously enhance reporting accuracy and process effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in preparing business reports or management presentations preferred.
• Accuracy and accountability in handling financial and commission-related data.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
