Position title : Sales Planning Assistant Manager Responsibilities * Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance using Excel. * Identify performance drivers and areas for improvement through data analysis. * Prepare clear and concise management reports and PowerPoint presentations. * Develop and maintain sales performance tracking files and KPI reports. * Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and target planning activities. * Manage commission and incentive data, including monthly closing, calculation, and execution. * Review and evaluate the results of promotions and incentive programs. * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve efficiency. * Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales strategy. * Continuously enhance reporting accuracy and process effectiveness. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint. * Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail. * Experience in preparing business reports or management presentations preferred. * Accuracy and accountability in handling financial and commission-related data. * Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
