Estate Planning & Financial Sales Representative Are you looking to expand your career and to be part of a successful team? Legacy Partners Group, located in Madison, WI is seeking to add an Insurance Sales Agent to our team! The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and knows how to follow through with sales opportunities, while providing superior client service; always putting the clients first. Initial duties include working alongside the Advisor, servicing existing clients, and client relationship building. Education/Experience: * Associates Degree * 1+ years' experience working in a fast paced, sales driven environment * Experience in insurance, financial services, estate planning is a plus * Experience with Redtail and Wealth Box CRM is a plus * Annuity sales experience is a plus * Must be able to obtain a Life Insurance License and Notary Public Stamp Skills/Knowledge: * Knowledge about programs and able to effectively answer prospect questions * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivated * Excellent organizational skills * Attention to detail * Demonstrated confidence and skill in public speaking Responsibilities: * Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships * Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions * Present and explain insurance policies and options * Maintain accurate records and workflow using Wealth Box CRM * Collaborate with our financial planning team to deliver integrated solutions * Stay current on insurance regulations, products, and industry trends Salary: * Independent Contractor 1099 * Compensation is 100% commission-based, with earning potential up to $100K in the first year Hours: * Monday - Friday (hours will vary - 40 hour work week) * Attendance to a few client seminars a month (6pm-8pm) Presented by Advisor Employee Services Thank you for your interest in the Insurance Sales Agent role.
