If you have experience in door-to-door sales-- especially in solar, pest control, alarm systems, roofing, or window sales--we want to hear from you! While prior experience is a plus, it's not a requirement. Your primary focus will be to engage with potential customers in their neighborhoods and set appointments with urgency. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We welcome applicants with little to no experience Key Responsibilities: * Actively solicit door-to-door to generate leads and set appointments for our closers. * Maintain a positive mindset and enthusiasm throughout the sales process. * Attend daily morning meetings to align with team goals and strategies. * Recruit new door-to-door sales representatives to expand our sales team. * Identify potential candidates and effectively communicate the benefits of joining our company.
