Full description of the position

We are seeking an energetic and relationship-focused Account Manager to support our existing client base while driving new business growth through strategic outreach and sales efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building meaningful connections, delivering outstanding service, and serving as a confident ambassador for our brand. Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality service to both current and prospective clients, ensuring a consistent and positive experience * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals * Accurately track and maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions * Submit title orders in a timely manner and partner with internal teams to ensure efficient and seamless processing * Present sales and educational materials to clients while continuously expanding product and service knowledge * Strengthen industry relationships by participating in trade shows, conventions, seminars, and real estate-related events * Stay informed on industry trends, market changes, and regulatory updates impacting title insurance and real estate * Leverage social media and marketing tools to promote services and enhance brand awareness * Proactively identify and attend networking opportunities and local industry events * Balance field-based relationship building with inside sales and account management activities * Build and sustain strong, trust-based partnerships with real estate professionals and industry stakeholders * Increase brand visibility through consistent outreach, communication, and follow-up * Manage time effectively using planning and prioritization strategies to meet deadlines * Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a results-driven mindset Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance * Active state notary certification and limited title insurance license * Previous experience in the escrow or title industry preferred * Familiarity with ResWare and Microsoft Office applications preferred * Strong social media, marketing, and digital outreach skills * Ability to independently network and identify new business opportunities * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Highly organized self-starter with strong time-management abilities * Comfortable working in both field-based and inside sales environments Job Details: * Full Time: 8am-5pm * Pay: $45,000-$50,000 plus commission * Job Type: On-site Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
