About Us: Our clients senior living organization is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to seniors in the Los Angeles area. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Director/Community Liaison to join their team. Job Summary: The Senior Living Marketer/Community Liaison will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth at our Assisted Living communities in Downtown Los Angeles (200 resident capacity total) This role will split time between the community, building relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, and promoting our communities through various marketing channels. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth at each community * Build relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to promote our communities and services * Conduct tours and presentations to prospective residents and families * Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies * Manage and maintain community events, including planning, promotion, and execution * Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, hospitals, and social services agencies * Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies * Maintain accurate records and reports on marketing activities, leads, and conversions Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in senior living marketing or a related field * Reliable transportation and ability to travel between communities * Strong knowledge of senior living marketing principles and practices * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with CRM software and marketing automation platforms * Knowledge of local healthcare networks and senior living communities * Certification in senior living marketing or a related field (e.g. CSMP) What We Offer: - Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 + incentives (could be 150-200k all in) * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and growing organization * Collaborative and supportive work environment * The opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families
