Our firm is expanding its Business Sales Division in Overland, Missouri, following the acquisition of new contracts representing AT&T. We are seeking candidates for a full-time, on-site role focused on face-to-face sales, relationship development, and direct engagement with local business owners. Our team delivers tailored communication solutions designed to drive measurable business outcomes. This opportunity offers the chance to join a growing local organization at an early stage while representing one of the world's most recognized telecommunications brands. We are currently hiring a motivated and professional AT&T Sales Associate to support this expansion. This is a fully in-person, full-time position ideal for individuals who excel in dynamic, customer-facing environments. The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, prior experience in customer engagement or sales, and a commitment to maintaining a consistent on-site schedule while developing a long-term career within our organization. AT &T Sales Associate Responsibilities * Drive new business through full-time, face-to-face engagement with local business owners, representing AT&T directly in the field to secure new accounts. * Present AT&T wireless, internet and other communication solutions tailored to business needs. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and personable interactions. * Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up with prospects, and scheduling appointments. * Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills. * Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all client-facing interactions. AT &T Sales Associate Qualifications * Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, customer service, or a related role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. * Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Leadership experience or demonstrated initiative preferred. * Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment. * Desire to advance into leadership or management roles. Position Overview * Location: Overland, MO (Directly serving the Saint Louis area) * Role Type: Full-time, In-Person * Primary Objective: Representing AT&T, you will engage directly with local business owners to enroll them in advanced wireless and fiber internet solutions through face-to-face consultations. Compensation & Earnings * Commission Structure: Earn a competitive $40-$300 per unit sold. * Income Potential: Our team members typically see weekly earnings between $800 and $1,200. * Daily Targets: High-performing associates consistently finalize one or more sales per day.
