Our firm is expanding its Business Sales Division in Overland, Missouri, following the acquisition of new contracts representing AT&T. We are seeking candidates for a full-time, on-site role focused on face-to-face sales, relationship development, and direct engagement with local business owners. Our team delivers tailored communication solutions designed to drive measurable business outcomes. This opportunity offers the chance to join a growing local organization at an early stage while representing one of the world's most recognized telecommunications brands. We are currently hiring a motivated and professional AT&T Sales Associate to support this expansion. This is a fully in-person, full-time position ideal for individuals who excel in dynamic, customer-facing environments. The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, prior experience in customer engagement or sales, and a commitment to maintaining a consistent on-site schedule while developing a long-term career within our organization. Responsibilities
  • Drive new business through full-time, face-to-face engagement with local business owners, representing AT&T directly in the field to secure new accounts.
  • Present AT&T wireless, internet and other communication solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and personable interactions.
  • Help manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, following up with prospects, and scheduling appointments.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications
