About the Role

We are seeking an elite Lead Sales Account Manager to join our team. This is a senior, revenue-driving position designed for a high-performer who excels at the intersection of strategic sales, operational excellence, and client- facing leadership. In this role, you won't just be managing tasks; you will be owning and growing a high-value portfolio of $2M-$3M in annual revenue. You are a strategic partner to our clients and a standard-setter for our internal team. If you have deep roots in the custom merchandise industry and a proven track record of scaling high-value accounts, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Generation & Growth

• Manage and scale a personal book of business exceeding $2M+ annually.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across apparel, promotional products, fulfillment, and creative services.
• Maintain an accurate and proactive sales pipeline with consistent forecasting. 2. Strategic Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 60-120 active high-value accounts.
• Lead high-level strategy calls, client meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Ensure industry-leading responsiveness, maintaining our 1-4 hour quoting SLA. 3. Operational & Production Coordination
• Collaborate closely with production, art, purchasing, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless order flow.
• Leverage deep technical knowledge (screen printing, embroidery, DTF) to set realistic client expectations and troubleshoot production challenges.
• Ensure every project flows from quote to invoice with zero gaps in communication or accuracy. 4. Internal Leadership
• Manage and serve as a mentor to junior account representatives, modeling professional communication and pace.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal sales processes, CRM workflows, and quoting structures.
• Represent the Account Management team in leadership discussions to help raise the company standard. Required Experience &

Qualifications

• Industry Expertise: 6+ years specifically within the custom apparel, screen printing, or promo merch industry (Non-Negotiable).
• Sales Track Record: 10+ years in Sales or Account Management with documented experience generating $1.5M-$2M+ in annual revenue.
• Large Account Management: Previous experience managing individual accounts valued at $100K-$500K+.
• Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of screen printing (inks/placements), embroidery (digitizing/stitch counts), garment supply chains, and fulfillment logistics.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level usage of CRMs, quoting systems, and project management software. Success Metrics (KPIs)
• Revenue: Consistent delivery of $2M+ annual revenue.
• Retention: Maintain a 90%+ client retention rate.
• Speed (SLA): 100% compliance with response times (1-4 hours for quotes; <24 hours for emails).
• Accuracy: CRM forecasting accuracy of 85% or higher.

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience).
• Commission: Competitive structure (4%-6% on Gross Profit OR 1.5%-2.5% on Revenue).
