We value positive attitudes, strong work ethic, and team players who take pride in what they do. Position: Full-Time Team Member Pay: Earn $17-$19 per hour during your first 90 days. Upon successfully completing the probationary period, you'll receive a $600 bonus. We believe in paying team members while they learn and grow in the role. After probation, you'll continue at your hourly rate and become eligible for unlimited commission opportunities. Monthly performance bonuses are also available on top of hourly pay and commission. Key Responsibilities: * Research, inspect, and value merchandise * Work collaboratively with customers and teammates * Maintain store organization and workflow * Create a welcoming, professional shopping environment * Organize and merchandise products Qualifications: * Financially savvy * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work well in a team environment * Must pass a detailed background check * 21 years of age or older * 2+ years of retail sales experience * Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus!
