Steel Leaf Brewing is a locally owned craft brewery built on community, creativity, and damn good beer. We're looking for a motivated, peopleperson Field Sales Representative to help get our beer into more bars, restaurants, and cool local spots around Buffalo. If you love craft beer, enjoy talking to people, and want a flexible role where your hustle directly impacts your paycheck -- this might be your gig. What You'll Do * Sell Steel Leaf beer to bars, restaurants, and retail accounts * Build relationships and keep accounts happy * Help open new accounts and grow existing ones * Do tastings and product education when needed * Track visits and sales (simple and easy -- we promise) You'll be out in the field most of the time, not stuck behind a desk. Pay & Perks $15.50/hour + commission Typical earnings: $18-$28/hr depending on performance Bonuses: * $50 per new recurring account * $500 bonus at $8,000 in monthly sales * $750 bonus at $10,000 in monthly sales * Seasonal beer incentives (extra commission opportunities) Schedule * Part-time: 20-25 hours/week * Flexible scheduling * Mostly weekday daytime hours What We're Looking For * Comfortable talking to people and building relationships * Self-motivated and reliable * Sales, beer, or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required) * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Must be 21+ Why Steel Leaf? * Locally owned, community-driven brewery * Relaxed but professional culture * Clear growth opportunities * Your effort directly impacts your pay This is a great role for someone who loves craft beer, enjoys being out in the community, and wants a flexible, performance-based job.
