What You 'll Be Doing * Work 1099 as an automotive retail salesperson at promotional events inside franchised dealerships. * Travel nationwide for 8-12 days per event on a flexible schedule that fits your life. * Engage high-intent shoppers, guide them through the sales process, and close deals. * Build lasting relationships with customers, sales teams, and dealership leadership. * Learn and run the EDS event playbook to energize the showroom and drive traffic. * Complete a paid, focused, one-week in-person training to ramp quickly. * Receive ongoing mentorship from a senior salesperson until you're confidently independent.
