The ideal Account Manager Trainee will lead by example, applying effective sales strategies and leveraging structured training methods to coach and develop team members. In this role, you will be directly involved in driving sales performance while supporting the training and leadership development of our team. Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities: * Lead by example in daily customer interactions, demonstrating professionalism and effective communication strategies * Guide and support team members by sharing sales techniques and best practices that drive stronger results * Conduct personalized consultations with customers, identifying needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with client services * Take ownership of sales goals by actively generating new business opportunities and maximizing revenue potential * Collaborate with management to design and implement training initiatives that strengthen team performance and customer engagement * Mentor newer representatives to help them build confidence, improve sales skills, and develop into future leaders * Monitor customer feedback and market trends to recommend adjustments that enhance both team strategy and customer satisfaction Account Manager Trainee Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently * A positive, approachable, and professional attitude in all customer interactions * Comfort with presenting information and speaking to groups * Problem-solving ability and strong conflict resolution skills * Flexible availability, including weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,856.84 - $63,655.55 per year Work Location: In person
