Compensation

:

• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Average 1st year earning potential: $70,000-100,000 The Role: We are immediately hiring full-time Sales Representatives, and are committed to providing you with the training, tools, technology, and unwavering support you need to be successful. This role will provide you with a solid foundation to grow, the opportunity to control your destiny, expand your entrepreneurial spirit by building a customer base, and work toward being your customers' roofer for life! Requirements

:

• A valid driver's license
• Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks
• Ability to travel to Annual Sales Training
• Ability to carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to thrive in the outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours when needed
