We're currently seeking an experienced and relationship-driven HVAC Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a consultative sales professional who thrives on helping homeowners find the best HVAC solutions for their comfort and budget. Pay: $90,000--$150,000 annually About the Opportunity As a Comfort Advisor, you'll meet with pre-qualified customers in their homes--no cold calling required. You'll conduct comfort assessments, present system options and financing solutions, and guide homeowners through the decision-making process. This role blends relationship building and technical expertise with performance-based earnings and the support of a respected local brand. Key Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate heating and cooling needs. * Present tailored system recommendations that align with customer comfort, efficiency goals, and budget. * Build strong, trust-based relationships through transparency, education, and empathy. * Generate sales from high-quality, warm leads. * Follow Chapman's structured sales process and maintain detailed records in CRM systems. * Collaborate with service and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Achieve or exceed monthly performance and revenue goals. What We 're Looking For * Proven success in residential HVAC sales , in-home improvement sales, or another relationship-driven field. * Skilled communicator with strong listening and consultative selling abilities. * Comfortable simplifying complex technical information for customers. * Professional, ethical, and committed to customer satisfaction. * Motivated by results and driven to exceed expectations. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
