Ellis Mechanical is a trusted HVAC service provider in the Indianapolis market, known for quality workmanship, long-term client relationships, and a strong commercial service focus. As we continue to grow, we're looking to add a motivated HVAC professional who can drive service sales today and grow into a larger leadership role. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective commercial customers * Identify service, maintenance, repair, and replacement opportunities * Generate and manage HVAC service sales opportunities * Work closely with technicians and operations to ensure smooth project execution * Assist with estimating and proposal development * Support service department growth and process improvements * Gradually take on leadership and managerial responsibilities within the service department (as aligned with experience and performance) Experience * Strong HVAC service background (commercial preferred) * Experience in HVAC sales, service management, or a hybrid role * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customers * Leadership mindset with interest in growing into a Service Manager role * Organized, professional, and customer-focused * EPA certification preferred Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + commission or performance incentives * Benefits package (details discussed during interview process) * PTO and paid holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
