Peoria Nissan is looking for a motivated Automotive Product Specialist who believes in being at the top of their game and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Someone who is outgoing and wants to support our customers with world class service and assist in building and representing our brand. RESPONSIBILITIES: * You will greet customers on the sales floor and take them through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps. * Details vehicle features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom and via test drive. * Respond to Leads and conduct outbound phone calls. * Provides new vehicle to customer through established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features * Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term clientele. * Develop a prospecting system, makes follow up calls to those potential customers and sets appointments.
