Located in Framingham, MA Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative Framingham, MA | Full-Time M-F (On Site) | $70,000-$77,000/year Our client, a growing distributor of gourmet and specialty foods, is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to support customer relationships, sales growth, and day-to-day order management. This position plays a key role in ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client partnerships across New England. Key Responsibilities * Make daily outbound calls to existing customers (10-40 per day) to process and upsell orders * Enter and confirm orders, resolve issues, and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams * Support the outside sales team with follow-ups, sample coordination, and marketing materials * Maintain accurate sales records and reports using QuickBooks and Excel; update marketing materials as needed. * Assist with trade shows, new product rollouts, and supplier communications *Qualifications & Experience * * 3-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience, ideally in food service or retail grocery * Prior phone sales experience required * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; QuickBooks experience a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Outgoing, team-oriented, and able to work independently * Bachelor's degree preferred 3368OS Express Office: Waltham-Framingham 326 Washington Street Annex Second Floor Wellesley Hills, MA 02481
