We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, growth-driven team. In this role, you'll engage directly with customers through outside and door-to-door sales, educating them on our products and services while building lasting relationships. Duties

• Build real connections with new and existing customers while driving sales and personal earnings.
• Track your progress using company software to measure performance and growth.
• Get hands-on experience in outside sales, including door-to-door outreach, promoting our energy solutions.
• Deliver top-tier customer experience by confidently answering questions and setting up homeowners with one of our specialists.
• Work closely with a competitive, driven team to develop winning sales strategies and sharpen your skills daily.
• Stay ahead of the game by learning industry trends and using that knowledge to position our products for success.
• Start everyday strong by participating in fast-paced morning meetings to set goals, share wins, and bring the energy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ year of sales or door-to-door experience preferred (but not required!)
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
• Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise legally authorized to work in the United States
• Bank account for direct deposit
• Reliable transportation to and from our office (We provide the transportation during the work day from the office to your assigned neighborhood) Job Details
