Leasing Support Specialist Location: 1343 County Road SS, Onalaska, WI 54650 Company: Fleet XL Inc. Fleet XL Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Equipment Leasing Specialist to support our commercial vehicle leasing operations, including semi-trailers, box trucks, lift trucks, and more. This role is essential in supporting our sales and operations teams while delivering a high level of service to our customers. Key Responsibilities * Support the leasing process from quote to delivery for semi-trailers, box trucks, and lift trucks * Prepare and manage lease documents, contracts, and customer records * Coordinate equipment availability, delivery, and returns with internal teams and vendors * Communicate with customers regarding lease terms, billing, extensions, and end-of-lease options * Assist with invoicing, rate calculations, and resolving billing discrepancies * Track lease expirations and follow up on renewals or equipment returns * Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure compliance with company policies * Provide general administrative and operational support to the leasing and sales teams * Prep equipment for customer pickup * Inbound/Outbound equipment for customers Qualifications * Previous experience in leasing, fleet management, transportation, or equipment rental preferred * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with leasing or fleet software a plus * Customer-service mindset with a problem-solving approach Preferred Skills * Familiarity with DOT-regulated equipment or commercial vehicle leasing * Experience supporting sales or operations teams * Basic understanding of lease structures, rates, and terms What We Offer * Competitive pay based on experience * Benefits package including [health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.] * Growth opportunities within a growing fleet and leasing company * Supportive, team-oriented work environment Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
