STRG is partnering with a leading St. Louis trades contractor to hire a driven In-Home Salesperson. This role is a field-based sales position where you'll meet directly with homeowners, build trust, and present tailored solutions that improve comfort, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Run pre-scheduled in-home appointments with prospective customers
• Listen to customer needs and present customized service and equipment options
• Develop clear proposals, explain financing options, and close sales
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Accurately record customer information and sales activity in CRM systems
• Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth hand-offs What We're Looking For
• 2+ Years of In-Home Sales Experience Strongly Preferred
• Proven track record in sales (home services or related industries preferred)
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor with ability to earn trust quickly
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
• Ability to learn technical product knowledge across the trades
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
