Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and help drive sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. Pool Store Sales Associate: * Responsibilities: * Welcoming customers and identifying their needs. * Explaining products and services. * Performing water tests. * Entering and processing customer orders. * Filling chlorine jugs. * Stocking inventory. * Maintaining a clean and organized store. * Carrying purchases to customers' cars. * Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to build rapport with customers. * Excellent verbal communication skills.
