Job Summary Energize your sales career as an Outside Salesperson at Mold Solutions. You will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and expanding our market reach. Responsibilities * Travel onsite to customers homes / businesses / facilities to better understand what is needed to remediate their mold issues. * Measure out jobs to create proper job descriptions for production crew. * Present our services to groups from as small as 2 people to as large as 100+ people. * Cold calling on commercial / real estate prospects weekly. * Negotiate terms, close sales, and follow up post job to ensure a high level of satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met. * Manage day to day activities through Salesforce Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with a passion for engaging with people * Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly * Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward seeking out new business opportunities * Ability to travel locally frequently for client meetings and site visits * Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities effectively * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel purposes * Basic knowledge of construction is a plus Join us as an Outside Salesperson and become a key player in our growth story!
