Job Summary

Energize your sales career as an Outside Salesperson at Mold Solutions. You will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and expanding our market reach. This will be accomplished by actively seeking out new business opportunities, deliver tailored solutions to clients, and represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help grow our customer base while providing exceptional service that keeps clients coming back. Responsibilities

• Travel onsite to customers homes / businesses / facilities to better understand what is needed to remediate their mold issues.
• Measure out jobs to create proper job descriptions for production crew.
• Present our services to groups from as small as 2 people to as large as 100+ people.
• Cold calling on commercial / real estate prospects weekly.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and follow up post job to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Manage day to day activities through Salesforce

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with a passion for engaging with people
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward seeking out new business opportunities
• Ability to travel locally frequently for client meetings and site visits
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel purposes
