ISS Vertical Quality Solutions is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Leader to spearhead growth efforts across our expanding suite of services. This is more than just a sales role. We're looking for a builder who will lead targeted sales campaigns, hire and develop a business development team, and help engineer scalable systems for long-term growth. You'll be backed by full operational support, a strong leadership team, and a company culture rooted in performance, quality, and continuous improvement. What You 'll Do SALES & GROWTH INITIATIVE * Launch and lead sales initiatives. * Earn 8% commission on gross profits for all new business * TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT * Create sales documentation, define KPIs, and implement scalable sales processes. * Ability to use HubSpot and Zoom Info platforms CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP & COMMUNICATION * Act as the key link between sales and operations to ensure delivery excellence and scalability. * Build strong, measurable communication flows to ensure operations meet customer expectations. SERVICE EXCELLENCE & CLIENT RETENTION * Ensure current and new clients receive world-class service. * Track customer satisfaction and identify organic growth opportunities. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT * Implement personal and team growth plans with executive coaching. * Champion a culture of development through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) mindset.
