Full description of the position
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Staff to assist us in maintaining and expanding our clientele. You will be on the front line of the company and will possess the dedication needed to apply our proven sales strategy. The ideal candidate's goal is driving sustainable growth through increasing sales using strong relationships with perspective clients. Automotive experience is a benefit. Responsibilities * Build appointment and customers satisfaction success through proven strategies * Main focus is appointment scheduling with prospective clients * Become knowledgeable of and property promote company values and benefits * Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support * Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Skills * Customer service and/or business development background * Coachable, proven communication tactics and or sales results * Proven customer experience * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) * Proficiency in English or Spanish * Priority management and planning skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to commute/relocate: * Fishers, IN 46038: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In personConfidential
