Full description of the position

Openwork is currently conducting a search for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of a local cabinet wholesale company located in Kennesaw, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position supporting daily customer interactions and internal operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent service while supporting order management, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner * Analyze, track, and follow up on samples, customer orders, and claims to ensure accurate and timely resolution * Assist customers with shipping quotes, freight coordination, and preparation of shipping labels * Enter and maintain orders accurately within CRM, ERP, and OMS systems * Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to resolve order issues, delays, or discrepancies * Process returns, credits, and claims while maintaining proper documentation * Maintain accurate customer records and provide status updates throughout the order lifecycle * Support internal teams with administrative tasks related to customer accounts and reporting Compensation & Benefits: * Salary range: $45,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications * Benefits offered after 90 days , including: * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Health and additional company-sponsored benefits Requirements: * Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand products, systems, and processes * Proficiency with Microsoft and Google platforms; experience with CRMs, ERPs, and OMS systems preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset * Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment * Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are encouraged to apply.
