Business Development Manager - Staffing (New Business Focus) Compensation: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission We're looking for a business development professional with a true new- business mindset to help grow our staffing firm. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, and building client relationships and has a strong network. While collaboration and support are part of our culture, success in this role comes from consistent outbound effort and strong closing ability. * Proactively identifying and pursuing new client opportunities * Conducting cold and warm outreach to decision-makers * Leading discovery conversations to understand client hiring needs * Selling contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions * Building and managing relationships with clients you personally bring in * Partnering with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery * Meeting defined activity and revenue goals What We're Looking For * 2+ years of business development or sales experience in staffing * Demonstrated success generating net-new business * Comfortable with outbound prospecting and pipeline development * A strong network of business contacts and track record of success in staff augmentation or SOW. * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach This Role Is a Strong Fit If You: * Prefer hunting for new business over managing existing accounts * Take ownership of your pipeline and results * Enjoy working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment * Want your earnings tied directly to your success What We Offer * Competitive base salary with uncapped commission * Clear expectations and achievable growth targets * Supportive team culture focused on performance and accountability How to Apply Submit your resume along with a brief summary of your business development experience and recent wins.
