Business Development Manager - Staffing (New Business Focus)

Compensation

: Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission We're looking for a business development professional with a true new- business mindset to help grow our staffing firm. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys prospecting, opening doors, and building client relationships and has a strong network. While collaboration and support are part of our culture, success in this role comes from consistent outbound effort and strong closing ability.

• Proactively identifying and pursuing new client opportunities
• Conducting cold and warm outreach to decision-makers
• Leading discovery conversations to understand client hiring needs
• Selling contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions
• Building and managing relationships with clients you personally bring in
• Partnering with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery
• Meeting defined activity and revenue goals What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of business development or sales experience in staffing
• Demonstrated success generating net-new business
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and pipeline development
• A strong network of business contacts and track record of success in staff augmentation or SOW.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
