We're hiring a Regional Director of Sales who will play a vital leadership role in achieving Silverado's mission to change lives through exceptional memory care. Reporting to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, this position partners closely with Regional Operations and Clinical leadership to ensure census growth, consistent excellence in sales execution, and alignment of all community-level efforts that advance Silverado's strategic goals. The RDS will lead, coach, and develop sales and operational leaders within their assigned communities to meet and exceed budgeted census goals, cultivate lasting referral relationships, and uphold Silverado's standards of excellence. This position requires a strong, hands-on leader who can inspire results, drive accountability, and represent Silverado's brand with integrity and passion. This person will be responsible for our memory care communities in Los Angeles County up to Thousand Oaks. Our ideal candidate will be located in proximity to or within Los Angeles County.
