HVAC Service Sales Account Executive

Compensation

: $70,000-$90,000 per year base + commissions

Responsibilities

: Achieve annual sales targets Identify, contact, and schedule appointments with prospective clients Conduct sales interviews and assess customer needs Identify decision-makers and buying criteria Compile comparative mechanical equipment data and market trends Estimate maintenance costs, labor, materials, and margins Conduct on-site facility assessments Prepare and write detailed proposals Present proposals to clients Follow up, track, and close sales opportunities Build long-term client relationships Prepare presentations and reports Maintain accurate documentation and records
