Compass Truck Sales is a growing repair facility specializing in fleet maintenance and trailer repair. Our goal is to provide fast, high-quality service to our customers and maintain a professional, safe, and efficient shop environment. Job requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in general trailer repair Experience in aluminum and steel welding is a plus Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job Understanding the implication of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Own necessary basic tools (the mechanic must furnish all hand tools up to and including ) Physical Requirements : Ability to frequently lift or carry parts in excess of 75 lbs About the company: Compass Holding, LLC offers competitive compensation and a superb benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and optional disability and life insurance.
