Starting Salary: $50,000-$65,000 (salary + commissions) Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office/Hybrid Schedule: * Friday, Monday, Tuesday, 8 AM - 5 PM, In-Office; * Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM, Remote, and at properties; * Agent must be available for Weekend Open-Houses * OFF on Wednesday & Thursday About R.O.I. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting our Residential Team Wednesday-Sunday (9 AM-6 PM) * Open Houses and property tours for potential buyers * Requesting and logging showing feedback in CRM * Managing weekend calls (9 AM - 6 PM), routing, and logging in CRM * Responding to and logging prospective buyer/agent inquiries * Coordinating property intake, property checks, and photography (using R.O.I. naming conventions) * Coordinating property-related repair bids with Asset Managers; reviewing estimates for accuracy * Undertaking Asset Intakes and Reporting for same * Researching and analyzing market data to prepare Quick Values (QVs), Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) * Participating in weekly staff meetings and client meetings * Managing CRM and internal/external databases * Maintaining internal and external listing communications, status reports, and file audits * Creating and updating marketing materials (flyers, e-blasts, newsletters, social media posts) * Initiating, monitoring, and terminating insurance, utilities, and maintenance contracts with vendors * Managing strong internal and external vendor relationships * Managing and coordinating property expense payments with Accounting * Drafting weekly client update reports * Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed Requirements: * Arizona Real Estate License (required) * Valid Arizona Driver's License (Required) * Experience in handling paperwork, compliance, and transaction coordination * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, CRM software, and general computer skills * Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks Benefits: * Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance * PTO (Sick, Vacation & Holidays) * Life Insurance * Employer-Matched Simple IRA Program * Fitness Incentive * Agents Association Dues and ARMLS Subscription This is an exciting opportunity to launch your real estate career with a dynamic and supportive team.
