Account Executive - Home Health Healthcare Sales & Community Partnerships Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for helping patients heal and thrive at home? We're seeking a motivated Account Executive - Home Health to grow referral partnerships, expand community awareness, and connect patients with high-quality in-home clinical care. In this role, you'll act as a trusted resource to physicians, hospitals, and community partners--educating them on home health services and driving referral growth through strong relationships and consistent outreach.
