Upper Deck Roofing is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Our mission is simple: protect and enhance our community, one roof at a time, while delivering an unmatched customer experience. This position offers a base salary plus commission structure, providing both stability and uncapped earning potential. Competitive base pay is provided annually, in addition to commission on closed jobs. Training, proven systems, and ongoing support are included to set you up for success. What You 'll Do (Day-to-Day) * Prospect neighborhoods through door knocking, door hangers, and scouting * Prepare for and run initial appointments * Perform roof inspections and document findings * Identify storm damage and clearly explain insurance vs. retail options * Create and present estimates, contracts, and upgrade options * Follow up with homeowners * Review contracts, secure signatures, and collect down payments * Attend roof builds and pre-install walkthroughs when needed * Ensure a smooth, professional customer experience from first contact to final payment What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and active listening skills * Confidence educating homeowners and building trust * Comfortable following a step-by-step sales process * Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple jobs * Strong follow-up and time management habits * Negotiation and problem-solving skills * Comfortable prospecting and working independently * Digital proficiency (CRM, email, mobile apps, photos, measurements) * Physically capable of climbing ladders and walking roofs safely * Valid driver's license About Upper Deck Roofing Upper Deck Roofing is a family-owned and operated company serving the Riverbend area.
