DESCRIPTION Are you looking for a rewarding sales career helping people find the perfect vehicle? Dave Syverson Auto Center is looking to add a motivated Sales Consultant to our team. We have three separate positions open. Ford Sales Consultant Nissan / Volkswagen Sales Consultant CDJR Sales Consultant Please let us know which position you are interested in. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle-buying process by setting appointments, assisting with test drives, and helping them select vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget. We believe in work-life balance. Our Sales Consultants receive TWO weekends off each month -- something very few dealerships offer. RESPONSIBILITIES * Convert showroom and online visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests * Match customers with the most appropriate vehicle based on their preferences * Learn and understand the features, capabilities, and benefits of all vehicles, including competitive models * Confidently demonstrate vehicle features during walk-arounds and test drives * Build positive, long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business * Maintain and update a customer database and follow up consistently * Work closely with other team members to provide an exceptional customer experience DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual * Competitive mindset while always keeping the customer's best interest in mind * Strong customer service and communication skills * Reliable, disciplined, and professional sales approach * Passion for sales and customer satisfaction * Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professional appearance COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * Competitive non commission pay plan * TWO weekends off per month * Major holidays off * 401(k) plan after 1 year * Paid vacation after 1 year If you want a sales career with earning potential, growth opportunities, and a better work-life balance than most dealerships offer, Dave Syverson Auto Center is the place to be.
